Website Terms of Use
These terms govern access to the public informational website at xrdna.io (the “Site”), operated by XRDNA Inc., a Nevada corporation (“XRDNA”).
Effective date:
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
Public website only
The Site presents general information about XRDNA and its products. Access to the XRDNA Console, APIs, software, deployments, evaluations, government programs or paid services is governed by separate agreements, licenses and terms — not by these Terms.
Permitted use
Use the Site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its availability, introduce malicious code, scrape or automate access in a way that impairs the Site or breaks the law, or misrepresent an affiliation with XRDNA.
Content and intellectual property
Except where otherwise indicated, the Site and its content are owned by XRDNA or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing on the Site grants a patent, trademark, software, data or other license, other than the limited right to view and use Site content for lawful informational purposes. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their respective owners, and their display does not imply endorsement.
Accuracy and availability
Site content is general information and may change. Features, integrations, availability, performance descriptions, partners and regulatory posture may differ by deployment or change over time. Contact XRDNA for binding product terms and specifications.
No government endorsement
References to government entities, programs, agencies or marks do not imply government endorsement, sponsorship, certification or authorization unless XRDNA expressly says so and has permission to do so.
Third-party resources
Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. XRDNA is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices or availability.
Submissions and confidentiality
Do not submit classified, export-controlled, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), proprietary or otherwise sensitive information through the Site's general contact channels unless XRDNA has expressly authorized a protected channel under an appropriate agreement. Sending an unsolicited message does not create a confidential relationship or oblige XRDNA to evaluate unsolicited materials.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XRDNA IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE. THESE TERMS DO NOT EXCLUDE LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the mandatory law of the place where you live.
Privacy
How XRDNA handles personal information collected through the Site is described in the Privacy Policy.
